Vision of BBM was always to bring this messaging app forward in a way that it becomes mainstream in Indonesia and the Middle East, which it did. BBM became popular with their millions of users on both iOS and Android when they introduced their different features such as the social media platform, their discover tab, voice and video chat, BITMOJI, and DANA (an electronic wallet which enables quick and easy transactions for BBM users). I worked on different pillars such as contacts, messaging, voice and video, channels, partners, and BBM ID/login.
